Sephora Intern - Assistant Planner / Subcontracting Supply Coordinator

1. Assist the Planner/Supply Coordinator in managing the launch phase of new products, both hard and soft launches.
2. Implement production schedules and planning according to supplier capacities, including catalog, launch, samples, and one-shot products.
3. Deploy and ensure the reliability of database parameters: nomenclatures, supply parameters, chaining/substitution dates.
4. Manage the weekly catalog of articles, including monitoring supplier delays and analyzing impacts to develop action plans.
5. Secure information communicated by subcontractors for transmission to the Supply Planning team.
6. Address supplier issues during warehouse receptions and challenge suppliers as needed.
7. Develop knowledge of subcontractors and mastery of their production tools.
8. Assist in managing the end-of-life product phase, including placing final supplier orders to secure last sales while minimizing obsolescence risks.
9. Monitor KPIs such as stock levels, coverage, obsolescence, depreciation, and on-time/in-full metrics.
