1. Oversee and ensure the team delivers services in alignment with Sephora's standards and sales model.
2. Support staffing for operations, stock management, and execution of Sephora's operational standards.
3. Ensure team members are adequately trained to manage the Beauty Studio and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of beauty workshop trainers and facilitators.
5. Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with all operational processes, including inventory management and visual merchandising.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong customer service skills.

3. Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
4. Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a retail environment.
