1. Oversee a designated area such as customer experience, beauty services, or operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Support the staffing and management of the operations team, including stock management and execution of Sephora's operational standards.
3. Drive sales and service enhancements in Beauty Studios, Skincare, and Fragrance departments.
4. Ensure coordinators are adequately trained to manage the Studio and provide ongoing training to team members.
5. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of trainers and beauty workshop facilitators.
6. Manage store activities and ensure the efficient execution of all store operational processes.
7. Oversee store inventory management including shipping, receiving, returns, and periodic counts.
8. Ensure visual merchandising concepts and displays meet company standards.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
3. Proven effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail environment.
