1. Oversee assigned areas such as customer experience, beauty services, and operations to ensure adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Support the staffing and management of the operations team, including night stock and operations leadership.
3. Ensure team compliance with Sephora's sales model, 'Receive, Give, Teach,' to drive sales and services in Beauty Studios, Skincare, and Fragrances.
4. Facilitate training and development for coordinators and team members, collaborating with experts to enhance product knowledge.
5. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of beauty workshop trainers and facilitators.
6. Manage store operations, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently.
7. Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, returns, and periodic counts.
8. Ensure visual merchandising concepts align with company standards and manage cleaning teams.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
2. Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
