Sephora Interim Team Leader

- Oversee assigned areas such as customer experience, beauty services, and operations to ensure adherence to Sephora standards.
- Support the staffing and management of the operations team, including night stock and operations leadership.
- Ensure team compliance with Sephora's sales model, 'Receive, Give, Teach,' to drive sales and services in Beauty Studios, Skincare, and Fragrances.
- Facilitate training and development for coordinators and team members, collaborating with experts to enhance product knowledge.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of beauty workshop trainers and facilitators.
- Manage store operations, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, returns, and periodic counts.
- Ensure visual merchandising concepts align with company standards and manage cleaning teams.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Ability to train and develop team members.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
