1. Oversee team performance in Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Facilitate the execution of Sephora's selling model, 'Get, Give, Teach,' to drive sales and enhance client service.
3. Ensure comprehensive training for Services Coordinators to manage the Studio effectively and drive services.
4. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of all SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
5. Act as Director in Charge (DIC), engaging with cast and clients to enhance the in-store experience.
6. Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are executed to company standards.
7. Manage inventory processes, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
8. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain company standards.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong client service skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
4. Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55, depending on qualifications and experience.
