1. Oversee and ensure the execution of Sephora's selling model, 'Get, Give, Teach,' to drive sales and services.
2. Manage and train Services Coordinators to effectively operate the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studios.
3. Facilitate Sephora training sessions and ensure cast members receive appropriate product, category, and brand training.
4. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
5. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) to engage with cast and clients, ensuring exceptional client service.
6. Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are executed per company standards.
7. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns, adhering to company guidelines.
8. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain company standards.
9. Provide feedback and coaching to in-house and third-party cleaning crews.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
