1. Oversee a designated area such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
4. Facilitate training and development for Services Coordinators and cast members.
5. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of all SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
6. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
7. Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are completed per company standards.
8. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise.
9. Oversee visual merchandising and ensure adherence to company standards.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Strong client service skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
