1. Oversee a designated 'World' such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora's standards.
2. Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
4. Manage staffing of operations, overnight stock team, and overall execution of store operations.
5. Facilitate training and development for Services Coordinators and cast members.
6. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
7. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
8. Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are completed per company standards.
9. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
10. Oversee visual merchandising and ensure adherence to company standards.

1. 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong client service skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

1 to 3 years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
