1. Oversee the execution of Sephora's selling model, ensuring exemplary client service and achievement of store objectives.
2. Lead and manage the operations of the store, including staffing, stock management, and operational excellence.
3. Facilitate training and development for team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
4. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of facilitators and coaches to maintain a coaching culture.
5. Manage inventory processes, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns, adhering to company guidelines.
6. Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards and manage cleaning crews to maintain store presentation.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
2. Demonstrated strong client service skills.
