1. Oversee a designated 'World' such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio by executing Sephora's selling model, 'Get, Give, Teach.'
3. Ensure Services Coordinators are adequately trained to manage the Studio effectively and drive daily services.
4. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches, maintaining a coaching culture.
5. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients on-stage.
6. Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are executed per company standards.
7. Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting, adhering to company guidelines.
8. Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring all concepts and visuals meet company standards.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

4. Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
