1. Oversee a designated 'World' such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio by implementing Sephora’s selling model, 'Get, Give, Teach.'
3. Ensure Services Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio effectively and drive daily services.
4. Facilitate Sephora training sessions and partner with store/district experts for product and brand training.
5. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
6. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients on-stage.
7. Lead store operations, ensuring execution of all operational processes per company standards.
8. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting, adhering to company guidelines.
9. Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring concepts and visuals meet company standards.
10. Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong client service skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
4. Flexible availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
