1. Oversee and ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
2. Manage staffing and operations, including overnight stock teams and operations leadership.
3. Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
4. Ensure Services Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio effectively.
5. Facilitate Sephora training sessions and partner with store experts for product and brand training.
6. Participate in the selection and training of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
7. Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services as needed.
8. Act as Director in Charge within the store, engaging with clients and staff.
9. Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are executed to company standards.
10. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
11. Oversee visual merchandising and manage cleaning crews.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong client service skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
4. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.

1 to 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
