1. Oversee the execution of Sephora's selling model, 'Get, Give, Teach,' ensuring exceptional client service and achievement of store objectives.
2. Lead and manage the operations of the store, including staffing, overnight stock team, and operations leadership.
3. Drive sales and services in the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
4. Ensure Services Coordinators are adequately trained to manage the Studio and drive services effectively.
5. Facilitate Sephora training sessions and partner with store/district experts for product and brand training.
6. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
7. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients on-stage.
8. Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
9. Oversee visual merchandising and manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong client service skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
4. Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
