Sephora Interim Team Lead

1. Oversee a designated World such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
4. Facilitate training and development for Services Coordinators and other team members.
5. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
6. Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
7. Lead store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
8. Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews to maintain store standards.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
4. Flexible availability during peak retail hours

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
