1. Oversee the execution of Sephora's selling model, 'Get, Give, Teach,' to drive sales and services across Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studios.
2. Ensure team members are trained to deliver services in alignment with Sephora standards and objectives.
3. Support staffing and operational leadership, including overnight stock team management.
4. Facilitate training sessions and partner with in-store experts to enhance product and brand knowledge.
5. Act as Director in Charge, engaging with clients and team members to uphold Sephora's client service values.
6. Lead store operations, ensuring adherence to company processes and standards.
7. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting, within company guidelines.
8. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain company standards and manage cleaning crews.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong client service skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
4. Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
