1. Lead the people and operational functions of the store.
2. Oversee staffing, zoning, and training of Beauty Advisors.
3. Manage store scheduling and payroll processes.
4. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the applicant tracking system.
5. Develop and execute ongoing training strategies in collaboration with Store Director and Education partners.
6. Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance situations.
7. Ensure operational excellence in inventory management, shipping, receiving, and returns.
8. Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, and controllable expenses management.

1. 2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industries.
2. Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across store positions.
3. Proven ability to create high-performing teams and develop in-store talent.
4. Strong managerial courage and composure in challenging situations.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industries.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
