- Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the designated Sephora store location.
- Ensure the effective operation of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, including the training and management of the Beauty Studio Coordinator.
- Facilitate the integration of technology innovations within services to enhance the in-store client experience.
- Manage the Online Reservation system, ensuring efficient client check-in processes and adequate staffing levels.
- Coordinate and staff in-store events to optimize client learning and sales opportunities.
- Lead the training and certification process for Beauty Advisors, focusing on the enhancement of artistry skills.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.
