1. Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the designated Sephora store location.
2. Ensure the effective operation of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, including the training and management of the Beauty Studio Coordinator.
3. Facilitate the integration of technology innovations within services to enhance the in-store client experience.
4. Manage the Online Reservation system, ensuring efficient client check-in processes and adequate staffing levels.
5. Coordinate and staff in-store events to optimize client learning and sales opportunities.
6. Lead the training and certification process for Beauty Advisors, focusing on the enhancement of artistry skills.
7. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients to ensure exceptional service.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.
