Sephora Interim Store Manager

1. Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Support staffing and zoning of the store, including onboarding and training of new beauty advisors.
3. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
4. Manage all training-related functions in conjunction with the Store Director and Education partners.
5. Write and deliver annual performance reviews and oversee performance management processes.
6. Lead store operations, ensuring execution of all processes and managing inventory.
7. Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.
