- Oversee all aspects of client experience and service offerings, including classes and events, within the store.
- Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring effective training and management of Coordinators.
- Ensure beauty advisors are proficient in utilizing technology to enhance the in-store experience.
- Manage the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in processes and adequate staffing.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members, including orientation and sales model training.
- Support visual merchandising efforts, ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining an organized sales floor.
- Facilitate vendor management by ensuring effective engagement with store brands and providing feedback on brand training.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all business levels.
