1. Oversee all aspects of client experience and service offerings, including classes and events, within the store.
2. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring effective training and management of Coordinators.
3. Ensure beauty advisors are proficient in utilizing technology to enhance the in-store experience.
4. Manage the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in processes and adequate staffing.
5. Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members, including orientation and sales model training.
6. Support visual merchandising efforts, ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining an organized sales floor.
7. Facilitate vendor management by ensuring effective engagement with store brands and providing feedback on brand training.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all business levels.
