Sephora Interim Store Manager

- Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the store.
- Supervise daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
- Ensure Beauty Studio Coordinators are well-trained and effective in their roles.
- Leverage technology innovations to enhance client experiences.
- Manage the Online Reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
- Coordinate and staff in-store events to optimize client engagement and sales.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for Beauty Advisors.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence business partners and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in managing and leveraging technology for client services.
Two to four years in a comparable role within a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
