1. Manage customer service, team development, sales, productivity, merchandising, operations, and human resources.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture while maximizing profitability and compliance with objectives and policies.
3. Establish sales and staffing forecasts with the regional director to enhance store performance.
4. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate them to the team.
5. Manage and measure the effectiveness of business strategies and adjust action plans as needed.
6. Achieve sales and operating profit objectives while controlling expenses.
7. Develop strategies to enhance business activities, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and services.
8. Maintain optimal team allocation to deliver exceptional customer experiences within budgetary constraints.
9. Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for all positions as needed.
10. Oversee training, coaching, and supervision of assistant managers and supervisors, delegating tasks and motivating them to develop leadership and business skills.
11. Foster a coaching culture where team members receive timely recognition for achievements and feedback on improvement opportunities.
12. Ensure all team members participate in quarterly development meetings and receive development plans.

Experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector, with a focus on team leadership and operational excellence.

Compensation ranges from CAD 82,200 to CAD 102,700 annually, with performance bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
