1. Forecast sales and payroll with the District Manager to drive store results.
2. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate them to staff members.
3. Manage and measure the effectiveness of business strategies and adjust plans as needed.
4. Achieve store’s sales plans and operating profits while maintaining expenses.
5. Develop strategies to grow business, leveraging the customer loyalty program, events, product knowledge, and services.
6. Maintain optimum store staffing levels to deliver an exceptional client experience while adhering to budgetary goals.
7. Recruit, interview, and hire for all positions according to business needs.
8. Train, coach, delegate to, supervise, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors.
9. Ensure a coaching culture with timely acknowledgment of successes and feedback on opportunities.
10. Conduct inventories on a timely basis and maintain updated inventory records.
11. Communicate inventory issues and concerns to the District Manager and key stakeholders.
12. Make strategic and innovative merchandising decisions in accordance with Sephora’s concepts.

1. 5 years of management experience in the retail/service industry.
2. Previous experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership.

1. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and managerial courage.
3. Proficiency in analyzing sales trends and reacting appropriately.
4. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

5 years of management experience in the retail/service industry.

High School graduate or equivalent; College degree preferred.

The compensation ranges between CAD$82,200.00 - CAD$102,700.00, with potential performance-based bonus opportunities.
