1. Manage all services, classes, and events in a specific Sephora store location.
2. Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure Beauty Studio Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio effectively.
4. Leverage technology innovations to enhance in-store client experiences.
5. Manage the Online Reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
6. Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
7. Oversee the development and certification process for Beauty Advisors.
8. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
9. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
