- Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within a specific Sephora store location.
- Supervise daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators are well-trained.
- Ensure Beauty Advisors utilize technology innovations to enhance the in-store client experience.
- Manage the Online Reservation system, including publishing Beauty Advisors' availability and classes.
- Coordinate in-store events, ensuring they are well-planned and staffed to optimize client engagement and sales.
- Facilitate the training and development process for Beauty Advisors, focusing on skill enhancement.
- Participate in performance management, providing timely feedback and development opportunities.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with both Beauty Advisors and clients.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence business partners and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated skill in building teams and developing store leaders to drive sales and client service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in managing technology-driven client service tools.
Two to four years in a similar managerial role in a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
