1. Oversee the management of services, classes, and events within the designated Sephora store location.
2. Supervise daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring effective management and service delivery.
3. Ensure Beauty Advisors utilize technological innovations to enhance the in-store client experience.
4. Manage the Online Reservation system, ensuring efficient client check-in and adequate staffing for services.
5. Coordinate in-store events, ensuring optimal planning and staffing to maximize client engagement and sales.
6. Lead the training and development of Beauty Advisors, focusing on skill enhancement and certification processes.
7. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients to enhance the client experience.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

2. Ability to influence business partners at various levels effectively.
3. Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

Compensation ranges between CAD$53,200 - CAD$66,500, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
