1. Oversee the management of services, classes, and events within the specified Sephora store location.
2. Ensure the effective daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Facilitate the training of Beauty Studio Coordinators to enhance service delivery.
4. Leverage technology innovations to elevate the in-store client experience.
5. Manage the Online Reservation system to optimize staffing and client check-in processes.
6. Coordinate and staff in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
7. Oversee the training and development of Beauty Advisors, enhancing their artistry skills.
8. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
9. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven capability in team creation and talent identification.
4. Strong leadership and development skills.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800 - CAD$68,500, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
