- Oversee the management of all services, workshops, and events within a designated Sephora store.
- Support all service-related areas, including the Beauty Studio, Care Studio, and Fragrance Studio, where applicable.
- Ensure the Beauty Studio Coordinator is adequately trained to manage the Studio and lead daily services effectively.
- Facilitate the integration of technological innovations into services to enhance in-store experiences.
- Manage the online booking system, including the availability of beauty advisors and offered courses.
- Ensure staffing levels are sufficient to support increased services and streamline the client registration process.
- Coordinate all in-store events with the service team, ensuring adequate planning and staffing to optimize client learning and sales opportunities.
- Oversee the development and certification process for beauty advisors, providing opportunities to enhance their artistic skills.
- Participate in performance management situations related to the Beauty Studio and direct reports, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up.
- Act as a service leader in-store, engaging with beauty advisors and clients.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a store of equivalent sales volume or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners clearly and concisely at all levels.
- Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders capable of training and developing team members to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a store of equivalent sales volume or equivalent internal experience.
