1. Oversee all services, classes, and events within the designated Sephora store location.
2. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring effective training of the Beauty Studio Coordinator.
3. Leverage technology innovations to enhance the in-store client experience.
4. Administer the Online Reservation system, ensuring efficient client check-in and adequate staffing levels.
5. Coordinate in-store events, ensuring optimal planning and staffing to enhance client learning and sales.
6. Facilitate the development and certification process for Beauty Advisors, enhancing their artistry skills.
7. Participate in performance management for issues related to the Beauty Studio and direct reports, providing timely feedback.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence business partners at all levels with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.
