1. Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the designated store location.
2. Ensure effective daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Train and support the Coordinator, Beauty Studio to drive service excellence.
4. Leverage technology innovations to enhance client experiences.
5. Manage the online reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
6. Plan and staff in-store events to optimize client learning and sales opportunities.
7. Facilitate training and development for Beauty Advisors to elevate their artistry skills.
8. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
9. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
