1. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
2. Ensure Beauty Advisors are trained to leverage technology innovations.
3. Oversee the Online Reservation system and manage staffing levels.
4. Plan and staff in-store events to maximize learning and sales opportunities.
5. Manage the development and certification process for Beauty Advisors.
6. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.
