1. Oversee the management of services, classes, and events within the designated Sephora store.
2. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators are well-trained.
3. Leverage technology innovations to enhance in-store client experiences.
4. Manage the Online Reservation system and ensure optimal staffing levels.
5. Coordinate and staff in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales.
6. Facilitate training and development opportunities for Beauty Advisors.
7. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with both Beauty Advisors and clients.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven team-building and leadership abilities.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
