1. Oversee the success of store operations, beauty services, or sales floor, ensuring alignment with company standards.
2. Execute training programs for new and existing Beauty Advisors, facilitating orientation and selling model training sessions.
3. Respond to client feedback promptly, addressing issues and comments from various feedback tools and direct interactions.
4. Support annual performance reviews and manage performance management situations within the team.
5. Ensure visual merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals align with company standards, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
6. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective training and coaching by brand representatives.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
2. Proven track record of motivating and coaching teams to achieve company goals.
3. Strong managerial courage and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

The compensation range for this position is $54,800 - $68,500.
