1. Manage all services, classes, and events at a specific Sephora store location.
2. Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure Beauty Advisors are trained and leveraging technology innovations.
4. Manage the Online Reservation system for Beauty Advisors and classes.
5. Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client learning and sales.
6. Develop and certify Beauty Advisors, elevating their artistry skills.
7. Participate in performance management for the Beauty Studio team.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.

3. Event planning and management expertise.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
