1. Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the designated Sephora store location.
2. Ensure the effective operation of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, including training the Coordinator, Beauty Studio.
3. Utilize technology innovations to enhance the client in-store experience.
4. Manage the Online Reservation system to optimize staffing and client service efficiency.
5. Coordinate and staff in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
6. Facilitate the training and development of Beauty Advisors, focusing on skill elevation and certification.
7. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with both Beauty Advisors and clients.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven capability in team creation and talent development.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800 - CAD$68,500, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
