1. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring effective service delivery.
2. Support and train Beauty Studio Coordinators to drive services and manage studio operations.
3. Leverage technology innovations to enhance in-store client experiences.
4. Oversee the Online Reservation system, ensuring efficient client check-in and adequate staffing levels.
5. Plan and manage in-store events with the services team to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
6. Facilitate the development and certification process for Beauty Advisors, enhancing their artistry skills.
7. Participate in performance management for Beauty Studio staff, providing timely feedback and development opportunities.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients to ensure a superior client experience.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.
