Sephora Interim Manager

- Oversee the management of all services, workshops, and events within the designated Sephora store.
- Support all service-related areas, including the Beauty Studio, Skincare Studio, and Fragrance Studio, where applicable.
- Ensure the Beauty Studio Coordinator is adequately trained to manage the studio and lead daily services effectively.
- Facilitate the integration of technological innovations within services to enhance the in-store experience.
- Manage the online reservation system, ensuring adequate staffing levels to support increased service demand and efficient client registration processes.
- Coordinate all in-store events with the service team, ensuring proper planning and staffing to optimize customer learning and sales opportunities.
- Oversee the development and certification process for beauty advisors, providing opportunities to enhance their artistic skills.
- Participate in performance management situations, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up for team members.
- Act as a service leader in-store, engaging with beauty advisors and customers.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders capable of training and developing team members to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
Two to four years in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 annually, with performance bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
