1. Manage all services, workshops, and events within the designated Sephora store.
2. Oversee daily operations of the Beauty Studio, Skincare Studio, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure the Beauty Studio Coordinator is adequately trained to manage daily services.
4. Implement technological innovations to enhance in-store customer experiences.
5. Manage the online booking system, ensuring adequate staffing for increased service demand.
6. Coordinate in-store events, ensuring proper planning and staffing to maximize customer learning and sales opportunities.
7. Oversee the development and certification process for beauty advisors, offering opportunities to enhance their artistic skills.
8. Participate in performance management situations and provide timely feedback to team members.
9. Act as the service lead in-store, engaging with beauty advisors and customers.

1. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders capable of developing team members to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
