- Oversee assigned 'Worlds' such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.
- Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
- Ensure Services Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio effectively.
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions and partner with experts for product and brand training.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services as needed.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store, engaging with cast and clients.
- Lead store operations, ensuring completion of all operational processes.
- Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
- Oversee visual merchandising and manage cleaning crews.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
