Sephora Interim Lead

- Oversee a designated area such as customer experience, beauty services, or operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora's standards.
- Support staffing and management of the operations team, including stock management during night shifts.
- Ensure the sales team follows Sephora's sales model, enhancing sales and services in Beauty Studios, Skincare, and Fragrances.
- Provide training and development to coordinators and team members, ensuring proficiency in product knowledge and customer service.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of beauty workshop trainers and coaches.
- Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with all operational processes.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returns, and periodic inventory counts.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning teams.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a store of equivalent sales volume or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar retail role or equivalent internal experience.
