1. Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
2. Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

The compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55/hr, with potential performance-based bonus opportunities.
