Sephora Interim Lead

- Lead and manage a designated area or combination of areas such as customer experience, beauty services, and operations.
- Ensure the team adheres to Sephora's sales model and delivers exceptional customer service.
- Support staffing for the operations team, including stock management and execution of Sephora standards.
- Facilitate training and development to ensure coordinators are equipped to manage the Studio and team members are knowledgeable about products, categories, and brands.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of trainers and beauty workshop facilitators.
- Manage store operations, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returns, and compliance checks.
- Ensure visual merchandising concepts align with company standards.
- Engage with team members and customers to ensure a high level of team engagement and customer satisfaction.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
