Sephora Interim Lead

1. Lead and manage a designated area or combination of areas such as customer experience, beauty services, and operations.
2. Ensure the team adheres to Sephora's sales model and delivers exceptional customer service.
3. Support staffing for the operations team, including stock management and execution of Sephora standards.
4. Facilitate training and development to ensure coordinators are equipped to manage the Studio and team members are knowledgeable about products, categories, and brands.
5. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of trainers and beauty workshop facilitators.
6. Manage store operations, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently.
7. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returns, and compliance checks.
8. Ensure visual merchandising concepts align with company standards.
9. Engage with team members and customers to ensure a high level of team engagement and customer satisfaction.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Strong customer service skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
