1. Lead a designated area such as client experience, beauty services, or operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora's standards.
2. Support staffing and management of the operations team, including overnight stock team and operational leadership.
3. Ensure the sales team follows Sephora's 'receive, give, teach' sales model to enhance sales and services in Beauty Studios, Skincare, and Fragrances.
4. Provide training and development to coordinators and team members, collaborating with experts to ensure product knowledge and service excellence.
5. Participate in the selection, training, and certification of beauty workshop trainers and facilitators.
6. Manage store operations, ensuring the execution of all operational processes, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
7. Interact with team members and clients, embodying Sephora's values of customer passion, innovation, expertise, and teamwork.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
3. Proven effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
