1. Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
2. Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.

3. Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
4. Ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

The compensation ranges between CAD$20.00 - CAD$23.55/hr, with potential performance-based bonuses.
