- Oversee the management of all services, workshops, and events within the designated Sephora store.
- Support service-related areas including the Beauty Studio, Skincare Studio, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring effective daily operations.
- Ensure Beauty Studio Coordinators are adequately trained to manage studio operations and lead daily services.
- Leverage technological innovations to enhance in-store services and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage the online booking system, including the availability of beauty advisors and offered classes.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to support increased service demand and streamline the client registration process.
- Coordinate all in-store events with the service team, ensuring proper planning and staffing to optimize customer learning and sales opportunities.
- Oversee the development and certification process for beauty advisors, providing opportunities to enhance their artistic skills.
- Participate in performance management situations, providing timely feedback and follow-up to team members.
- Regularly act as the service lead in-store, engaging with beauty advisors and customers.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and concision.
- Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders capable of training and developing team members.
