- Oversee the management of all beauty services, workshops, and events within the assigned Sephora store.
- Ensure effective daily operations of the Beauty Studio, Skincare Studio, and Fragrance Studio.
- Train and support the Beauty Studio Coordinator to manage studio operations and lead daily services.
- Implement technological innovations to enhance in-store customer experiences.
- Manage the online booking system, ensuring adequate staffing and efficient client registration processes.
- Plan and execute in-store events, ensuring optimal staffing and customer engagement.
- Oversee the training and certification process for beauty advisors, providing opportunities for skill enhancement.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback to team members.
- Act as a service leader within the store, engaging with beauty advisors and clients.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in managing customer service operations.
2-4 years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
