1. Assist legal professionals in the Intellectual Property Department with daily intellectual property issues, including copyright, trademark, design rights, and media law.
2. Contribute to the safeguarding of marketing projects through prior art searches and validation of communication materials.
3. Participate in managing Sephora's intellectual property asset portfolio, including trademarks, designs, and domain names.
4. Support the protection and defense of Sephora's intellectual property assets, including monitoring trademarks and ensuring online brand protection.
5. Conduct legal research, monitor legal developments, and prepare various legal documents and presentations.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Intellectual Property Law, CEIPI, or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Strong writing skills and organizational abilities.
3. Attention to detail and ability to respond swiftly.
4. Autonomy and initiative-taking.
5. Teamwork orientation.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in intellectual property law is essential.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or equivalent.
