1. Develop and execute multi-brand, omnichannel marketing campaigns to drive product differentiation and customer engagement.
2. Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies in Australia and New Zealand.
3. Coordinate with retail and digital teams to ensure consistent and high-quality marketing executions across all platforms.
4. Conduct disciplined reporting and post-mortems to enhance campaign performance.
5. Uphold Sephora's brand identity through strategic campaign executions.
6. Champion customer insights and collaborate with key functional partners to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
7. Build consensus and share insights with the regional Sephora team to develop robust marketing plans for the region.

1. Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in the retail industry, preferably in environments with multiple brands.
2. Degree in Business or a related field preferred.

3. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels within marketing and with external partners.
4. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
5. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Minimum of 6-8 years in the retail industry, ideally in environments with multiple brands.

Degree in Business or related field preferred.
