Sephora Integrated Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement a cohesive integrated marketing strategy across all channels in alignment with business and marketing objectives.
- Lead omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive traffic and achieve business goals, including sales and brand health.
- Manage the marketing calendar to reinforce branding strategy across the region.
- Oversee project management to ensure timely delivery of regional toolkits per campaign.
- Safeguard Sephora's brand identity through consistent toolkit deployment.
- Champion customer-focused narratives and experiences.
- Drive results through toolkit amplification and alignment across key functions.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, innovating and scaling new ideas based on key learnings.
- Lead as the main project lead for assigned campaigns, coordinating with cross-departmental taskforce members.
- Source and manage partnerships with media, vendors, and trend forecasters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within a matrixed organization, including Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Operations, and more.
- Stay informed of emerging beauty and technology trends.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the retail industry, preferably within environments with multiple brands.
- Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Strong project management and planning skills.
- Innovative and creative mindset.
- Experience managing budgets and working with cross-functional partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- International exposure and understanding of team culture dynamics.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the retail industry, ideally in environments with multiple brands.
Degree in Business or related field preferred.
