1. Manage civil liability insurance claims for stores in France, Monaco, and Luxembourg, including material and bodily injury claims.
2. Handle property damage insurance claims within the French network, involving information collection and coordination with various departments.
3. Administer event insurance claims, collaborating with project teams for declaration and coverage.
4. Oversee and track contractual franchise recoveries and collections.
5. Coordinate with Sephora teams and brokers to manage claims in France, providing responses and information to the network.
6. Update and maintain claims reporting and internal processes, ensuring proactive recommendations and preventive measures are implemented.
7. Analyze insurance and liability clauses in lease and service contracts, conduct legal research, and monitor insurance-related legal developments.

1. Master's degree (Level Master 2) in a relevant field.
2. Professional maturity with strong critical thinking, initiative, and synthesis skills.
