1. Design innovative learning solutions to address business needs and performance gaps.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather project details and drive implementation of training programs.
3. Apply instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences for ILT, WBT, and blended learning programs.
4. Facilitate discovery meetings and conduct SME interviews to translate needs into learning solutions.
5. Develop learning solutions incorporating best practices from adult learning theory.
6. Ensure high-quality project deliverables and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
7. Guide creative production teams to ensure multimedia elements support the learning experience.
8. Influence the design and UX of learning programs within the LMS.

1. 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and development in a corporate setting.
2. Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory.
3. Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships.
4. Proficient in course authoring tools and creative software.
5. Preferred experience in designing microlearning, gamification, and simulations.

2. Research and analysis skills to conduct needs analyses and evaluate data.
3. Process improvement and critical thinking skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Highly collaborative and open to multiple perspectives.

3-5 years of experience in instructional design and development of web-based and instructor-led training in a corporate setting.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
