Instructional Designer

1. Design new learning solutions to address business needs and performance gaps.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather project details and drive implementation of training programs.
3. Facilitate discovery meetings and conduct SME interviews.
4. Capture and validate course-specific knowledge.
5. Design and develop learning solutions for ILT, WBT, and blended learning programs.
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
7. Ensure final project deliverables are of the highest quality.
8. Guide the Creative Production Team to ensure graphics and multimedia support the learning experience.
9. Communicate regularly with project teams to ensure project work is on track.

1. 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and development of web-based and instructor-led training.
2. Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory.
3. Consulting capability with excellent presentation and communication skills.
4. Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships.
5. Research and analysis skills, including conducting needs analyses.
6. Process improvement and critical thinking skills.

1. Proficient in course authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.
2. Knowledge of creative tools such as Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Familiarity with learning management systems like BigTinCan.
4. Ability to design microlearning, gamification, and simulations.
5. Highly collaborative and open to multiple perspectives.

3-5 years of experience in instructional design and development in a corporate setting, ideally in retail, beauty, or a corporate environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00. Individuals may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
